4. Contract formation
4.1 Quote request
The Client submits a request via the Site's contact form (which opens the Client's own email application) or by calling +33 6 73 03 37 54. This request does not constitute a firm order and does not create any binding commitment on either side.
4.2 Service proposal
whiterosemaids SAS responds to the request within an indicative period of 2 hours on working days, specifying the price, availability, and practical details of the Service.
4.3 Confirmation — contract formation
The contract is formed when the Client expressly confirms, by email or telephone, their agreement to the proposed conditions (price, date, scope of Service). No online payment is required to confirm a Service.
5. Client obligations
The Client agrees to:

- Pay the Service fee in accordance with the payment conditions agreed at confirmation;
- Comply with these Terms and refrain from any conduct that is contrary to public order or good morals in relation to our cleaners.
6. Pricing and payment
The prices applicable are those shown on the Site at the time of the quote request, or those set out in the email proposal for personalised quotes.
Payment methods are confirmed at the time of Service confirmation. [Accepted payment methods to be specified by the client before publication.]
Late payment penalties apply in accordance with applicable French law. [Applicable payment terms and any conditions for consumer clients to be specified before publication.]

This guarantee applies to every Service under a regular contract, not only the first visit.
This commercial guarantee does not replace the statutory guarantees to which the Client may be entitled under applicable law.

whiterosemaids SAS cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform a Service resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disaster, epidemic, general strike, etc.). In such cases, we will contact the Client as soon as possible to agree a replacement date.
