Are the published prices truly final — no extras?
Yes, for fixed-price services (deep cleaning and end of tenancy): the published price is the final price — no hourly overruns, no travel charges within our service area. For hourly services (regular cleaning, office, after-builders), the hourly rate is fixed and guaranteed; the total duration is estimated at the quote stage and confirmed before the clean begins.
Is TVA included in your published prices?
Yes. All prices shown on this site include TVA (20%). There is no TVA to add at invoicing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made after each clean. The accepted payment methods are confirmed when we send your quote.
Do you offer reduced rates for multiple properties or long-term contracts?
For regular services, the weekly or fortnightly plan rate is already more favourable than the one-off rate. For landlords and letting agents managing multiple properties, and for multi-site commercial contracts, contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement.
