2. What data do we collect and how?
2.1 — Quote form (no server-side processing)
Our quote form, available on the Home and Contact pages, does not transmit any data to our servers. When you fill in the form and click to submit, your browser composes a pre-filled email that opens in your own email application. The website itself does not store, receive, or process any form data.
If you choose to send that email from your email client, whiterosemaids SAS receives it at support@whiterosemaids.com. It may contain the following information you entered:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- The service you are enquiring about
- Your property type and size (if provided)
- A preferred date or time period (if provided)
- Any additional message you wrote
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject.
2.2 — Google Analytics 4 cookies (with prior consent)
If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie-consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website audience and improve our content. GA4 may collect:
