Meet your assigned cleaner
We assign a background-checked, fully insured cleaner — specifically dedicated to your home or premises. Before the first visit, you meet her to show her your space and share your preferences. This initial briefing is the only one you ever need to give.

Your first clean, to the White Rose protocol
The first visit follows our full protocol for the chosen service. Your cleaner works to the priorities you identified. For a deep clean or end of tenancy clean, the published checklist serves as the reference throughout — before, during, and as a verification standard after.

Guaranteed result — put right within 48 hours if needed
If the result falls short of what you expected, contact us before the end of the day following your clean. We return within 48 hours to address every unsatisfactory point at no charge. For end of tenancy cleans, this guarantee is 72 hours. It applies to every visit, not just the first.

Your pace — once, regularly, or both
For regular home and office cleaning, your cleaner returns on the agreed schedule — weekly or fortnightly. For a deep clean, end of tenancy, or after-builders clean, you contact us when you need us. In every case, it is the same person who arrives at your door.
Why it's different
Background-checked staff — what that actually means
Every member of our team is verified on professional background and identity before being accepted. We do not source staff through a matching platform — we select every cleaner directly, and we take responsibility for that. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, her replacement is held to exactly the same vetting standard.
